- Estonia is washed by the Gulf of Finland in the north and the Baltic Sea in the west.
- The second biggest town is Tartu, which lies on the River Emajõgi.
- The largest islands are off the western coast.
- The lowland areas are in West Estonia.
- The biggest rivers are the River Emajõgi, which flows into Lake Peipsi and the River Pärnu, which flows into the Gulf of Riga.
- The highest peak is Munamägi, which lies in South Estonia.
- The biggest lake is Lake Peipsi, which separates Estonia from Russia.
