Õpikust Unit 6 Ex 9 (Reported Speech - lihtlaused) vastused
[Sarnased - ehkki mitte needsamad - laused on ka esmaspäevase tunni tunnikontrollis.]
1. Alexandra said that she enjoyed sleepovers with her friends.
2. Hannah said that she always invited her friends to her birthday party.
3. Jane said that she was wearing a new bracelet.
4. Andrea said that she had a new make-up kit.
5. Kim said that Sally was popular with everybody.

7. Samantha told her granny that she felt bad. She asked her to make her a cup of tea.
Töövihikust Unit 6 Ex 7 vastused. Siin on told asemel vaja kasutada wanted, aga lausete moodustamise põhimõte jääb täpselt samaks nagu told kasutadeski.
1. Dad wanted his sons to do their homework before dinner.
2. Dad wanted me to help Mum with the shopping.
3. Granny wanted Jenny to post the letters.
4. Mother wanted the girls to clean their room.
5. Father wanted Karen to look after her baby brother.
6. Grandad wanted Father to lock the doors.
7. The teacher wanted Kate not to miss any classes.

_________ asked ____________ küsisõna/fraas + isik, kelle/mille kohta küsitakse + põhitegusõna õiges ajavormis + muud asjaolud.
Näiteks:
Jim said, "Are you feeling well, Carol?" - Jim asked Carol if she was feeling well. (Jim küsis Carolilt, kas too tunneb ennast hästi.)
Jim said to Carol, "When do you want to go home?" - Jim asked Carol when she wanted to go home. (Jim küsis Carolilt millal too koju tahab minna.)
